Background
Since my studies at ENSBA in Lyon, France, I have been fascinated by the mutation of matter. In 2020, I obtained my National Diploma in Textile Art and Design with the distinction from the jury, focusing on Ovid's Metamorphoses.

After graduating, following my exploration of the fluid states of matter, I completed an internship at Studio Daniel Henry. Subsequently, I worked as a textile designer in a luxury weaving company, where I acquired skills in jacquard patterns design and weaving.

These experiences provided me with a holistic understanding of embellishment, from integrated to applied patterns.

Today I work independently in my textile finishing studio in Les Pierres Dorées, located 40 minutes west of Lyon.

                                                                                                           Love of materials
The attraction of seemingly contradictory materials is always present in my work. I seek to blend sensations, juxtaposing the soft and the rigid, the matte and the shiny, the liquid and the solid; using peacock feathers, wool, quartz, sand, mica and charcoal each becoming a pigment.

Walks form the foundation of my creative process where I observe shapes, gestures, textures and light to inspire my collections.

When I design a pattern, I question the symbolism and the significance of the embellishment I will bring to the fabric. Research is crucial in my work, as I strive to push the boundaries of a technique to develop new qualities and ensure industrial or artisanal feasibility.

Trained as a colourist during my studies, I also attended a seminar by Félix A. D'Haeseleer, aligning with Josef Albers Interaction of Colors. I draw daily inspiration from the history of colors and their symbolism, particularly through the work of Michel Pastoureau.

I am influenced by a philosophy and craft-oriented approach passed down by several authors including William Morris, Tim Ingold and Christine Buci-Glucksmann.

                                                              From research to design
Based on their respective qualities and costs, my studio has the ability to explore various finishing techniques. I approach projects with the belief that anything is possible, helping creators in realizing their ambitions.

Luxury requirements are at the core of my creative and realization process, allowing me to leverage both my passion for craftsmanship and manual work.
Hand painting and screen printing are my main studio practice. For specific needs, I can combine different skills: textile design, photography, screen printing, hand painting, artisanal embroidery, laser cutting and digital printing.
